    Q: What has 24 cyl, 700+hp and 60 valves?

    A: Axel's (Bavarian Bimmer) garage! :D

Today is was motor swap day, we pulled 3 M20b25s (from a touring, a cabrio and a coupe) The main goal is to swap an m50b25 in the touring, m20b25 (from the touring) in the cabrio and to get rid of the coupe.

Me sorting out the wiring harness:

    Axel doing the exhaust/driveshaft:

    tug-o-war

    I won :-)

    Obligatory flinstone shots:

(anyone else reminded of rob's trunk pic?)

    2nd motor:

We did not take pics of the cabrio motor pull (problably because we were hungry/tired)
Tomorrow: m20b25 in the cabrio and possibly m50 in the touring (if all goes as planned)

Nice work, if you ever get rid of the touring and feel charitable enough to send it to me across the pond, let me know ;)

He looks even taller in the drivers seat of an E30. I can still remember him driving my 318
