993s are great cars, lots of fun to drive and not as much of a handful as the older Porsches. They'll still bite an inexperienced driver though.

Working on them can be a pain though, two oil filters, and a host of other annoying little things. All the same, great car though, I'm sure you'll enjoy it for years to come.

Thanks for the nice words guys. The pictures really kinda suck, but that's all I have for now (I'm sick of this CA rain!)

The car has just been sitting in the garage. I did pick up a set of B&B mufflers off ebay, need to get those installed then all money goes to the suspension.

Will work on better shots when the weather gets nice again (Guards Red always looks bad in pics.) If I knew more about my camera I could "tune" down the red, it is really, really bright when out in the sun.

993 are sick, a 97 would have been just a touch better - last year of the air cooled and all.
                      Still ridiculously nice.

Nah, I wanted a '95. Still OBD I, '96 (OBD II) and newer are prone to SAI carbon build up that throws a check engine light which results in tuff to smog. Couple other issues, factory alarm "Drive Block" system I don't have, etc..
