    You wouldn't understand.

    I'll take a nicely kept 318is over your hack-job 325i anyday
    ;)
says the boy who removed the m42 and dropped in a beefy 6.... ;)

    318is = M3 Lite.

I'd buy one for fun factor while I save for the M.
    Below the radar...

that would be the tow hook.

For so long I couldnt figure out how to properly store away the jacks.... i spent like 30 minutes putting the pieces back to where its supposed to be

Oh and the spare wheel, it defenetely didnt look like in the picture when I got the car, I took Q-tips to it and cleaned it to death.

Overall the car's interior was clean, but I spent many hours cleaning it to where it is now, but i still have the outside paint, and the engine bay to do!!!! :)

anyways, thanks for the compliments, it means a lot when i spent many hours trying to pretty it up!

and I picked the 318is, because I dont need to go fast in a straight line, the car still has enoough guts to pull me around the corners, and I get the benefits of a 4 banger gas mileage.
325is would be nice too, but Im more than happy with my 318is.

            welcome to the m42 club.
slap some suspension mods on the car with SS lines and some nice rubber and you will climax behind the wheel as you go over cambered turns and nail apexes

and the M-Technic cabriolet......elsewhere in the world various E30's came shadowlined too. BMW NA sure screwed you guys with the E30 ;)

Very nice 318is!! Any mods planned?

I can attest to that. :)

I won't be doing any engine mods, I don't think I have enough funds to make any significant difference on car's performance. Maybe a chip, but the result don't seem to be as great on the m42?

mods that i defenetely want to get:
                      - Bilsteins and H&R springs
                      - foglights or get a foglight cover (im missing one)
                      - euro ellipsoids (hid? :D )
                      - all-red tailighhts
                      - either all clear sidemarkers, or smoked, gonna have to look at some pictures to see what will look good on the car.

and i cant really think about too much else right now, its late.

Nice clean car dude... I'm very pleased with the M42 E30's they're very nimble and very peppy for city driving... I'd take the M42 motor over the m20 anyday, BUT the m50 that's another story.

                            Enjoy it
BTW the responds well to the JC Chip and Supersprint cat back

318ises had the option of being sunroof-less and have far superior motors to the age old m20

                                m20s are lame-tastic (No offense Ted) ;)
