Looks great. Have you thought about deleting the sidemakers? Bumpers look kinda busy

Love the stripes. Only that car could pull it off.

Definitely love the stips. You do that custom or buy them somewhere? Maybe someday my car will be worthy of those.... ;)

yeah, I had the car resprayed and actually shaved the key hole on the passengers side door. At the time I did not pay attention to the fact that it would have been better to shave them as well. Now that the body is mostly done I did not want to go back and spend the money to have it done over. I agree though I feel the car would look a bit better if it did not have the US side lamps.

As for the stripes, a member here that owns a sign shop makes them custom. I had been on a hunt at BMW forever but NLA. There was a set that was for sale like the first months I joined this site but just was not ready for the investment. Ill dig up the user name for ya. Great guy to deal with and the stripes are top quality repros. I have had them on since November and have washed the car every week and waxed it two times since and no fading no nothing. I think it adds just a bit of break up to the solid white car.

I agree on running 16's. I picked these up from Euro3 here on the forums. I had 17's for my last set up wheels but wanted to go wider. These are 15x8 running Toyo RA-1 tires. Though not good in the rain, excellent on dry roads. I have been blessed to be able not to drive in the rain for the most part in SoFLA. I have the car set at a height that does not allow me to eat Oil pans on a daily basis. I can just touch the top of a parking block and the pan hits the two speed bumps coming out of my complex. Its on a ground control setup and could drop it but Im more function over fashion. If I can find a set of wheels that are of budget and are 16x8 or 9's then I might jump on it. But I like the old school Rials that are on the car currently.
