Car looks amazing, and your shots are great as usual. I'm looking forward to seeing a Vid of this soon.

Ironically, I drove my friends black s52 mcoupe yesterday, and I can't stop thinking about how fun it was to drive.

Congratulations on the purchase, treat it well.

I would get a 325e as a second, but I'd have no one where to put the Coupe..I don't live at home, and wouldn't have two spaces for 2 cars. I'm a car nut, so I can totally DD this.. As for insurance, the rate I'm getting is actually really well, and my dad has it all sorted out accordingly..

Thanks for the compliments guys, I couldn't be more stoked!

I only plan to do mufflers at some point, other then that... my dad has a completely refurbished polished set of Roadstars that will go on when these tires run out.

Yeah, as a daily driver the M Coupe sucks.

I thought I'd be daily driving mine, but just a few weeks after I bought it I picked up an '85 325e as a daily since the Coupe was just too much to drive every day.

By the way, not sure if you're on your parents car insurance policy or not, but here's a tip:

Get an E30 325e and put it on liability insurance only. Should be about $30 or so per month. Then tell the insurance company that the Coupe is a "secondary" or "pleasure" vehicle. Insurance on that should be less than $100 per month. Together you'll be paying less than if you just had the Coupe as your daily driver.

Coupes are fun but I don't like daily driving them at all. You'll enjoy it immensely though.

The badge definitely looks like it's an inch or so too far to the edge of the trunklid. Look at Mr.X's M Coupe and then at yours. Your badge should be in the same place as his...

Very nice car man. I'm liking the Lance Armstrong sun visor. Have you got many plans for it? Bone stock M Coupes (S52 and S54) usually bring quite a bit of cash. Although I'd love to see that car with some RK's.

The thing that impresses me the most about the car is the story behind it...as alluded to earlier! She's a beaut!
