i think when i get it done its going to be a darker tan, when i get my car out of stroage ill take a picture of the seat covers i currently have.

Here is some constructive idea concept.
Your bolsters can not be lighter shade than your inner. Aka you cant have outer light and darker inside. Because the darker color will always be visually the trim, or outline. When the outer is much lighter, it seems that the bolster doesnt exist, because you will see the inner, and focus on the inside. Thats why it looks wierd to most people.
