E30 Mtech II V8

I love your car and those wheels are awesome. Any mods done to the m30 besides the rebuild

Nothing done to the motor beside the rebuild.

I have a euro head and a usa block so the compression is pretty low.

Gonna come in handy when I go turbo ;)

That is the plan with the car. It has standalone engine management right now, the plan is maybe custom adapter, holset hx35.. maybe bigger..

We will see.. hopefully by summer 2009:)

exhaust tips are PERFECT. That thick steel, stainless, kinda big, and not too long. I would put those on my car. Oh, and she sounds burly and mean as hell. Nice work!

Small update:

The engine was rebuilt and then it got blown... AGAIN!!

So we pulled it out, rebuilt it ....again.... and put it back in! all in all took about a month! :)

I also installed my e36 steering rack and I just bougt IE 25/22 mm swaybars! I cant wait to start driving/drifting this thing again!!

I'm not sure what it is called that got fucked up... crankshaft bearing shell i think..?

But we cant be sure why it happened.. faulty bearing shell, failure when put together or maybe if the engine lost oil pressure at some time.

But the main thing is is that its back together and is working!

Now I just have to hope that I dont mess up the engine for the third time!:up:

No they are just in good condition, not new :)

And the roads are OK, not icey at all... at least not right now

Hey man, I've had quite a few V8s and that really does sound like a mean V8. I've been looking for a dual in dual out Magnaflow muffler. Do you know the part number on it? Did it weld right up? Thanks man and enjoy that beast!

Then I went to the track last weekend, it was to much fun!!
I had to take the Mtech II front spoiler/lip off because the road up to the track is a dirt road with big rocks/stones :S
