Car isn't full of rust holes and I'd like to keep it that way by nipping any surface rust that starts in the butt.
AWD class would suck, even in stock you're up against sti/evos and they will dominate. You race other rwd cars so it evens out, but hell if I care about being fast, it's all about stringing together the slides. ;)
I do have a pretty good battle going with that alfa though, we've been within about 10seconds of eachother the last two events. Considering that's over 6 runs it's pretty close. I won the last one, he got this one (I got cones :D ) Unfortunately I have to miss the next one. I have had to hold back over some sections of each course though, so once I have a little more ground clearance and a beefier skid plate, he's goin' down!
Here's some video from last year.

Do you really need to repaint your floorboards to get ready for the next event? :)Leave a comment:

Pretty much. It is honestly the most fun I've had at any cone chasing type event. Largely due to the relatively small turnouts, basically you do your run, wait 1minute or so in line and then you're off again!
Here is my footage from last month, sloppy wet mud. This month's was much better/drier conditions and I could top out 2nd gear, but all the video is washed out :(
Damplifier = sound deadening material for the firewall area.
Now back to work, my strut tubes are in pieces on the floor...Leave a comment:
