Damn I was pretty close though... Oh yeah I forgot to take off for the original 1/2" lip. Still those would look sick with bigger lips! :D

Actually there was no subtracting off any lip. I'll show you how to work it out:

Final offset = 38 - ((1.5 * 25.4) / 2)
= 38 - (38.1 / 2)
= 38 - 19.05
= ET19
