NEW MEMBER: Before and After...yada yada yada...

Well after lurking around here for a few months I felt that it was time for me to finally introduce my e30 to r3v. I wanna thank Kevin (KBMW222) and Marlon (One21two) for their help and insights. Kevin, by the way, was the one whose STOCK e30 at the time sparked my interest in these cars. Marlon actually let me test drive his at one of the Walnut meets...which quite frankly, pretty much sealed the deal for me in deciding to get one. After what seemed like eternity I finally found one. It was a completely stock 1991 Brilliantrot Red 318is. It wasn't perfect and all it needed was some TLC.

Anyway, enough talking and on with the pics.

Car isn't done...I don't think it'll ever be. It is what it is and I'm EXTREMELY happy with it and the long way it has come.

    Thanks for viewing!

Looks good; 318is's are the way to go especially nowadays. You should paint the rocker panels black with heavy-duty paint (Mar-hyde works well) and the lower part of the rear valance, otherwise it looks great.

Why the HELL should he do that?! You have color matched rockers and a rear valance, why can't he? It looks really good like that anyway.

Only thing I would do it debadge the "318".

                        i second that opinion

e30's look funny without the black rockers .....regardless of the color car
