        Yes it IS an auto.

Now there is a reason for this.

        1. I am not going to pass up on a clean shell/motor/interior because of a transmission that can easily be changed.

        2. My fiancee refuses to drive a manual(even though she can). So that means I get free use of the tow rig for track events and I can leave her this

I will be buying a 5 speed and storing it in garage for when the auto pops. I actually am kind of enjoying it right now... Don't tell anyone!

My plans are in the post...

Is this the 84-85 model? If it is, I hope you dont have to go through any brake bomb nightmares soon. Otherwise, nice ride. I miss mine.

What does the year have to do with brake bomb issues? Granted, my '85 had issues, but I also know someone with an '88 that had the same.

And brake bomb issues are ez-pz.
It takes all of an hour to do if you're prepared. Probably less if you've done it a number of times.

                          Halston,
Nice my 88 looks like that but I have Cardinal interior. The bumpers are off it for euro bumper swap. I decided to scrap the project and it is just sitting at my mechanics.
