Nice cars.
I remember you from 318ti.org. Remember me? Hellrot M52/s52 car with the M3 dash, coilovers, etc.. Screen name Blargg.
Thats not a bad deal on the cabby. They arent even that hard to convert to manual either. Should be easy enough once its a part. The cabby has several specific parts though so some things you cant just pull out of a junk yard. Welcome!

I say you do it to a 323I they weigh like 2300. Or a 318is a late model.Leave a comment:

Save yourself a lot of heartache and money and find a platform that alreay has a manual transmission. The cabby would suffice as a nice fair weather DD, but i'd run from it and fast (auto) if you are set on a s52 swap.Leave a comment:

Can you give me some pros and cons to an S52 vert? Is it not a good idea?Leave a comment:

That seems like a pretty good price. Do you really want to do a s52 swap to a vert, though?
Sorry to hear about your M3, those OZ's are my favorite wheels for e36's too.Leave a comment:

Hello R3V!! New guy, new project...
Hello r3v,
I joined this site and e30tech in search of an E30. I am a previous owner of a 96 318ti and a 99 M3. I sold the ti and recently totalled my M3. I still can't believe it happend. Here are some pics of my previous cars. The 318ti was a base model and was completely stock when I bought it.

So now I am parting out the M and plan on a swap into an E30. I found a local 1991 325i cabrio. They are asking $2300. I really don't know much about E30's but hope to gain alot of knowledge from you guys. Here are just a few pics of the cabrio. Think she is worth it? She has a brown top:(
