    Couple of quick updates...

Worked on the interior some more, replaced HVAC panel and installed the shifter(illuminated) and the Alpina shifter/brake handle boot.

Installed the Euro plate filler along with new roundels front and back.

Threw on the German check panel for good measure.

I started on the outside... clay-ed and started the wax/polish process on the hood and trunk. Hoping the darn pollen stops so I can work easier without getting the surfaces covered in yellow dust.

    More to come this weekend...

Just the overall cleaning made the leather look that much better, not sure it changed the color. Its a 3 step process, first I used diluted simple green just to remove the dust and dirt, then the leatherique cleaner and then the conditioner. Im a big fan of their products, seen amazing results first hand.

I used ZEP carpet cleaner from HD, at the end of the day im pretty sure its all the same. Remove everything from the interior, seats, console, etc. Just make sure you have a bunch of clean cotton towels, after you apply the cleaner, wait a bit and wipe down with the wet towels, rinse, repeat... rinse, repeat, until the towel doesnt wipe up anything else. Then vacuum again. Wait a day or two then retreat stubborn spots. Not sure if there is a better way to do it but thats what Ive been doing and happy with the results.

The arm rest is the OE armrest, there are two for sale in the for sale section right now. Great addition, height is perfect for right elbow and even has cup holders(dont use them much but nice if in a jam.

Here is the latest for the vert, a new exhaust. Fox is the brand from Germany, know nothing about it, will report back after the install.

Thanks, my back is killing me.

The rear seats are in great shape, no tears or stretching leather soft. I cleaned and applied a good coat of leatherique conditioner on all the seats today. Hoping the weather warms up so they soak into the leather... Will repeat again. The stuff is amazing. Ordered the blue dye from them as well to touch up the front bolsters.

    Yes heated seats, nice feature!

Thanks for the compliments. The owner passed away several years ago, so little by little his wife is selling the cars.

Today was more cleaning, started the morning by shampooing the carpet then conditioned the seats, cleaned all the switches, center/brake console and the plastic window. I replaced the broken HVAC panel, hope to get a stock radio in there shortly. She is coming along.

Next several days will focus on the outside, clay, wax, polish. Hope to get her over to my mechanic by mid/end of week for maintanence(belts, hoses, fluids, etc) along with some minor things like replace the yellow windshield gasket with late model black gasket, etc...

Just got inside, here are some pics I just took. I couldnt resist I installed the first mod... the arm rest. Waiting on new brake, shift boot and shifter should have those mid week.
