When the A/C is functioning properly, the E30 came pound out some fucking amazing A/C. FYI.


Levent, put a vacuum on the system and make sure all the seals are good before you shoot that R12 in. I would say replace the expansion valve (I have an extra new one) but I dunno if yours would really need it since the mileage is so low on that car.

Good chatting with you this morning. The hardtop was indeed available in other colors, although I've never seen anything other than black in the US, so maybe it was a Euro thing. Realoem shows the following:

Here's a vendor who sells the stand/cover for the hardtop on eBay. I've been meaning to pick one up but since the cabrio just sits in the garage it makes a nice stand for it already. Besides, out here it's too hot to have the top off.

^^ Or you can build one yourself with PVC pipe. I did that when I had a s2000 hardtop. Looks great and inexpensive! :up: I'll find the DIY thread and will let you know.
