Beautiful car. That is a choice body color and wheel combination for sure.

I'm assuming it's rubbing about the middle of the fender liner? With the camber plates you can run a wider spacer and push the top of the wheel in to avoid any fender contact. This will add to tire wear however.

JZM3- Where/how are you rubbing? I only rub near full lock when turning in sharp parking lots. Normal driving on the street or track yields no rubbing. Do you have camber plates?

ha!, the Valdez is still leaking, I thought the big leak was from the timing chain tensioner and held of doing the upper oil pan gasket...but the leak showed back up the next day. So I hope to have time before the picnic to replace gasket...otherwise I'll be marking my territory ;)

No internal motor work, just redid the cooling system and DTM airbox with Alpha N recently. Last post I made was about the cooling upgrades: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=107999

    I want your seats :p

did you do some work to your motor? I'm assuming your oil geyser is taken care of, since I don't see any oil rigs near your car. ;)

Yup. I like them, they could be a little stiffer for track use, but then they wouldn't be any fun on the street (they all ready ride very firm with 18s and 35 series tires). Once I reinforce the sway bar mounting locations, I'll upgrade to larger bars and see if that helps to level out the car on the track.

As for the "heat wave" comment, it was a joke for those not living in the PNW :P We hit 90 on saturday setting a new record for the Seattle area. Normally a nice day in May is no rain and maybe 60s ;)

Went to a BBQ at my friends Mini Shop, and we put the temp stick on the ground and it said 120 degree's.. it was easily 100+ in SoCal. CHERISH your 80 degree weather!

All heat-wave aside, you have one GORGEOUS M3!
Haha, I was thinking about saying something about that..., but its only been hitting 105* or so up here...

I wish it were upper 80's...
