Hockenheim open track day

Yesterday I went to Hockenheimring where they will be running F1 this year. But yesterday, it was all about the enthusiast. Ton loads of bikes and cars so enjoy from your "temporary european reporter" in the pits



And his baby..........that did decently on the day


First what we all love.........

His shifter was as long as my arm.....but very fast


On red flag 'cause they flew in the life flight copter to get a Biker that bit it hard earlier

Looks like a hectic day at the track.

Hectic was short. There was about 45-55 cars on the track at one time. I won't even go there about the Bikes. For example.........

Now for some of the rest.........this gay in the E39 M5 was driving like a little bizzatch the whole time all scared...........


and paid very dearly:(


This was why we went red flag......



I don't have a clue what this is..........


This mini lives on the tracks and was giving the Porsches and Lotus a serious run for their money. American owned too:p


This was pure attention to detail.....


A waste of a car..........bagged

thanks for sharing, did they open the track to both cars and bikes at the same time or did they split them up?

The life flight was for the biker. Everyone thinks he made it ok because if not, the track officials would have shut down for the day.

They kept the bikes and cars separate. It was about 15-20 minutes a session.

Good to hear, didnt know if it was like at the nurbergring, some of the video's out there of cars blasting past bikes freaks me out.
