Unfortunately I had no bags or anything but the wheels were very clean. It didn't do anything to my interior so I'm glad. And yes they are only weaves but I'm running steelies right now so its a big upgrade and I think there going to look good. I'm going to be putting them on tonight(I'm at work right now)
