No it comes off almost powder like. It's a lot worse if it's been sitting in the sun for a while too.

Both of your car's have me contemplating undersized tires on my 17's and dropping the coils as low as I can get them and still get into the driveway.

haha ^^ Do it! 195/40/17 lol I don't think anyone makes those. But Seriously, 17x8 with 205/40 would be sick.

I was searching for a 195/40 before you even posted that! Sadly, there are none. I saw a 215/35, but its the Yok S-drive.

Bonus, it looks like there are still some nice sticky options in 205/40/17.

If I do that once I get them on the car I might have to look into rolling the fenders some more and possibly spacing them out abit (3-5mm depending on fender clearance). Just have to see how it looks with the convex face.

They are et 25, Ericks old Works Emotion CR Kais.

Those are three 195/40/17 tires I found.

a 195/45/17 is the same height as a 195/65/14. So your speedo would be accurate and you would still have stretch.

Self-ownage, I wonder what I was accidentally searching for then.

Only 195/45/17 I found was again the Yok S-drive.

I think I might just go with 205/40, the 215/40's that were on there were just barely stretched, and saying with 205/40 I can still get some decently sticky rubber.

205/40 on an 8" will probably be the right amount of stretch for a wheel with no lip I think.
