i like the stickers, i am getting the lip from a volvo 740 and as for the paint i love the flat black look!

Yes an upgrade in the wheel department is definitely in order. I've always had a thing for flat black E30s so you got my vote there. But a lip would help with so wheels that a have a better offset and maybe a little dish.
