ha, the drive was cool. sitting pretty low in the back once i filled her up with fuel, plus i could feel the weight gain. she bottomed out a few times too, but it was all good. return trip only took a shade over 7 hours 8) . not bad for a daytime run.

Had a nice cruise with my local club over the weekend down the great ocean road. For those of you who dont know it it is arguably one of the best "driving" roads in Australia. We left Melbourne around 5AM so we would miss all the traffic. Theres nothing worse than getting stuck behind slow traffic with no where to over take when you should be flying :D

Heres a pic of me. More are available here http://forums.gccv.net/showthread.ph...5&pagenumber=1

                            Scary isn't it?

Its a rare carnivourus penguin seen sometimes along the south coast of Australia. They come from Antarctica I think.

evil little buggers too. the disproportional jaw is used to break bones of other sea life. shark/whale carcasses etc. these things have been known to hunt in packs too ... they prey on sea lions that bask on the shore. scary. it only takes a few of them the take one of the sea lions down.
