As a sidenote: I saw something on TV about police being strict with lowered cars in the USA. In one clip it showed an officer measuring a young kid's car. Is this only in certain States of the U.S., or smaller than that, like towns?

I think it is only in a certain state, as the people I know have their cars slammed and the cops don't care other than just giving them another look because they are FUHRAZE!
