Think of them like those stupid yellow ribbons. Except less huge, more reason, and faster. I show my support for things I like. Those happen to be BMWs, Porsches and F1, which, I'm sure you can agree are all cool things. If you're addressing the e30 and m42 badges, I also like e30's and the m42 engine. Its like an m3 badge, but for poor people.
