        Both the Nardi Blackline and the BBS steering wheels were purchased through German sellers that had their listings on the USA Ebay site. Keep an eye out since they do pop up from time to time.

                                Yes the style 42's are 17x8 et20 (can be found in 17x9 et26 as well) and being from a e39 car you will have to run hub centering rings since they are 74mm and the e30 M3 (and other BMW 5 lugs) are 72.56.

                                That wheel pictured in your post is a style 5 from the e39 also a 17x8 et20 (can be found in 17x9 et26 as well). A list of all oem BMW wheels can be found HERE

                                                Just received these for the 5 lug swap and gave them a quick wash to clean them up a bit. Going to have the rash fixed on the lips and go with a highly polished lip with silver center with black background barrels. Best mod I did was going e30 m3 5 lug for the additional option of wheels available.

                                                Edit : Thanks to rs4pro3 and tn325i for helping out on getting the 5 lug swap done much faster.
