Finally a clean engine bay, and tint.

    and my engine bay.

Thank you TNG. UNbelievably clean and thorough work.

Tint has never been my thing but after driving around in that 330 PP that you see with tint and getting comfy in the summer heat I had to do it and also overhaul the AC system. Now Im happy to have this as a daily driver. I only wish I still had my "A FAST E" plate.

I had to get my windows tinted. Black with Grey leather = hot as hell

Wow, your engine bay looks show n' shine quality!! Nice work,

Looks awesome! coolest eta ever ;)

The tint really is good for hot, sunny days. I know what you mean, it was never my thing either, but now I am glad I had it done.

3M just came out with a new tint that even as a clear tint, does better to reject heat and UV rays than some of the darkest older tint you can find. Interesting.

Have you considered color-matching the center lug to black?

Sorry, don't want to get too OT......

Prestige Window Film. Haven't found an Automotive application yet, but it's only a matter of time.

"One of the major drawbacks of traditional window films is that they tend to act like mirrors. From the inside, traditional window films make it difficult to see outside, especially at night when interior lights are on. In the daytime, the outside reflection can occur.

Well, once again 3M revolutionized the window tinting industry by recently introducing a window film that is almost invisible, day and night, inside and outside, yet performs like a metallized and reflective film. This collection of four window films has substantially reduced reflectivity. This premium line offers two styles of window films that actually have less interior reflectivity than the glass they cover. The other styles have interior reflectivity that is just 1% greater than glass. So, at night, you’ll have a clear view out your windows. Your windows will only reflect your commitment to keeping your home or office looking beautiful.

These new-to-the-world window films, which contain no metals, were made using nano-technology."

                              Nano-technology bitches!

Apparently, typical metal-based tint actually interferes with cell phone reception as well.
