Picked up an M3 this weekend

I know the feeling of driving a car that's vaguely familiar to your 325 but just different.

Yeah. Pretty cool. Familiar, but different personality. My wife, who is not into cars but is amazingly supportive of my addiction, asked after we drove it around for a while, "wait, is this the same year as yours? It seems really similar." She thought it was a "nice looking toy."

Nice M3 now how about selling me your convertible?

I am an hour south of Boston. I'm not going to the concours, but I am meeting up with some E30 guys (and also Volvo people) on Sunday at the Sunset Grill in Allston at noon.

The car shipped Tuesday and should be here by Oct 20. I shipped my OE vert front springs to the PO to install for shipping ground clearance. He said the poor car now has 3" - 4" of front wheel gap. I will snap pics when it arrives.

r75, you know some of my plans for this car. I will photo document my progress (which, unfortunately I did not do for my vert).

Hey! I raced that car at Bradenton Motorsports Park! Nice car! He (Brad) wasn't the best driver so I did beat him but DAMN that thing is sick! Very VERY nice car! Have seen it in person numerous times and you WON"T be disappointed! I'm a little sad to see it leave SRQ, but I'm sure you'll do great things!
