Not too much done and I'm spending much more time tuning the wagon, but here is a quick update:
wheel studs installed
4mm spacers added to front wheels
6mm spacers added to the rear wheels
rolled inside lip of front fenders
replaced bumpers with chrome bumpers
adjusted fitiment of Mtech1 valences
It rains too much in Vancouver these days to wash the car and get good shots to post up.
Up next:
solid aluminum centercaps have been polished, need to affix BMW insert
install Nakamichi CD45z and amp
replace OBC with Euro clock
install Mtech1 sideskirts (mold to body and paint)
and here are some pics of where all my lunch money goes

Dang, that's one heck of a money pit. My gf wants one, most definitely not gonna show her pics of yours, she'll want one for sure.
I like something different w/ the wheels on the e30, excited to see how the center caps turn out.
The center caps look fantastic and I just have to sit down and assemble them.
Looks like a 1.8T motor on a passat?
It is now a built 1.9t motor in an Audi A4 Avant

Maybe a bolt color change would make those wheels work. And, why would you"mold" in a bolt on sideskirt? That's just asking for future rust issues.
What were the bumpers before? I like the look...now hurry up and install the center caps!
wat happen to the alpina 16s?????Last edited by MC Hammered; 11-19-2008, 02:43 PM.

Here is what the center caps looked like from the CNC machine
I dropped them to Panther Precision, a wheel refinishing shop I use, to be polished and this is what I got back
OEM BMW metal badges were applied and there was not much room for adjustment.
The blue protective film I left on until I finished the assembly.
Here is the threaded insert
Pretty precision fit into the cap
Three screws were used with some blue loctite
Job done
