really? you need someone to tell you how it was built? REALLY?

also, i like the bowing of the rack. from afar it looks like a cargo-net.

I like the hood, care to share your trick for getting the rust?

Only thing I'd change is the bumper. It would look better without one...

I don't even know what to say. I'm absolutely stunned. I didn't think this car could possibly get anymore badass than it's previous incarnation, but I was wrong.

                Thanks, big time.

To those commenting on the bowed rack, it's not due to the weight. One of the poles is bowed, thats just how it is. It doesn't bow any more with me on top of it. :)

Love it. Always liked your style, and you just took it to a whole new level. Very VWish, but its different, and with what seems most of the cars being very similar in style and not a ton of crazy stuff, different I always love.

rusty hood method : 1. sand off all paint down to bare metal. 2. wipe entire surface with salty water solution on sponge. 3. wait.

I just hope this rat stylez comes and passes like the monochromatic look of the 80's. Its horrible and one day people will wake up and realize how truly atrocious it was.

no shit. anyone who has half a brain in their head knows that. maybe i should have been more specific. how did you get that texture or pattern of rust? it almost looks painted on. maybe different layers of salt water? or different kinds of corrosives/oxidizers? i have also been wondering if you do anything to stop the rusting proses after you get the look you want, or do you just let it go?
