i grabbed this tool box couple weeks ago...and have it completed now except for the triangle...i like it a lot more and it stays cleaner then the stock "white" one....its from an e34 ...and i did the 2 lights mod

i think its funny that even the 2 extra holes are there! haha

yea the only thing you need is the plastic strap from your old box, the e34 one is way to long

nah man they are there factory!!! its so weird ...i cant think of any other reason they'd be there except for the larger tool box ahaha!

I've got an E34 tool box and a second trunk light installed as well.

It's cool that both the extra holes for the tool box and the spot for the second trunk light are already there from the factory.

I'm using the big spot for the emergency triangle as a place to put a set of screwdrivers.
