          Really wanted the AWD because I ski fairly often in the winter, and have access to a place up at Tahoe. And the color is original.

            I just know the car had to obtain a certain # of points in order to get the badge. I don't know what their allocation for points though.

              that makes sense then.. when I lived in San Francisco, I once drove my white e30 M3 DTM rep to Tahoe to meet with some friends and it was like 50+ sunny weather, it got cold and windy at night down to low 30s and it started to snow, I packed and just got the hell out of there as quickly as I could, was lucky enough to make it, it snowed heavily for the next 3 days and all the roads to Tahoe were closed for 2 days... Mountains are no joke
