E46 for sure. Trunk handle over the tag area is black, which normally denotes a 323i/325i 4 door (328/330 had them body color). Also, the black 'shadowline' trim around the windows also denotes a 323i/325i. Brilliant red with tan leather interior it looks like. I will also go out on a limb and say it has the sport package, but nothing in the pictures will show that-just my guess!Eric Giles
