Definitely an e46 from the door panel. Good point on the trim panel, Eric, and it is a 4-door.

looks like a e90 328i in red

E46 for sure. Trunk handle over the tag area is black, which normally denotes a 323i/325i 4 door (328/330 had them body color). Also, the black 'shadowline' trim around the windows also denotes a 323i/325i. Brilliant red with tan leather interior it looks like. I will also go out on a limb and say it has the sport package, but nothing in the pictures will show that-just my guess!

I sent the M3 over to Cali about 2 months ago and im picking her up on the 6th, hopefully that is... and once she is here, ill put her under a car cover and in the carport (as i don't have a garage) and once in while on a nice sunny day, ill take her out for a spin.
