Haha, yeah, and i do realize my car looks like shit in my sig, so i certainly understand why you would think that. I'm just trying to help you out. You wouldn't let a friend walk around with his shirt on inside out all day, so think of this as me telling you your shirt is inside out. Now, you may like having your shirt on inside out, but everyone else is going to think it looks bad. Once again, i think you have a great looking car, the stripes are just killing it for me (and pretty much everyone else on here).

haha ok man to each man be his own. I am gunna stick with them because that is what I like and the car will only get better from here. they will grow on you man. and I dont know how you have such a stong opinion about some stripes on my car. I do understand that it is in great shape and that it does not do well to the great paint that is on the car but I like them for now and I think i will wear my shirt on inside out for a while and see if a new trend grows like faded pants grew on people and how having pants with pre made holes in them like they were years old became the new style. it is just prefrence. Hopefully everyone on here will come around if it really is everyone who does not like them which I highly doubt. thank you for expressing your very strong opinon and letting me know what everyone thinks.

I'll be there mon-thurs this week. I used to go to the PINO meets last year, but haven't been since probably early this past summer. we could definitely roll out there sometime. I might need to get Johns contact info from you, I've been contemplating having my roof, hood and trunk lid covered for a while.

And honestly, it's not that i hate the fact the you have a stripe on your car, it's just the placement, and especially the stark contrast against the black paint. I think it would look fine if it was a dark gray, or something like that and shifted to the passenger side a little.

Also, you have to realize this is a forum. People get on forums to state their opinions (among other things), and that's what i was doing earlier, and obviously now.

ya man I think it would look better now that I think about it with a gun metal stripe that is more off centered towards the passenger side. If I ever find the money to have him do it over I will for sure.
I like it a lot how it is so I am going to stick with it for now lol

PINO was the short name everyone came up with for the Pleasanton In N Out meet.

Yeah let me know if you get a chance to talk to him, I have no idea what something like that would run... but my guess is a lot cheaper than a full paint job (which I'm putting off until after I source some euro bumpers and mtech 1 valences).

ya it probably is a hell of a lot cheaper. I would say save the money man and put what ever you would put into that into savings or something until you get all the money you need to paint your car. i want to see that thing look hella clean. what color do you want to paint it?
