Andy, I sold the e34 touring to buy the Audi, and your all correct, e39 is better than the audi, but ALOT bigger! I think the 540i came with the m5-style bumper 1 year which was very similar to the M5 bumper, I'll take either:) As for the tails, the 02-03's had a factory red/clear light, thats what im talking about, not some ebay fakers:)

I'm not fixing the audi, but I'll let the guy know who may be buying it know I can send him in direction of some parts.

there are slats in the 540 bumper much like the E36 M3 lux had

Niec score. Definately an improvement. Way better than the audi. I like the Mods list except for the tails. I like the stock tails on the E39 wagons (all reds). I think it looks better.
