    Diving boards suck

I finally swapped front ends, though I did the valence over the weekend and the bumper last night. But half an hour after I put the bumper on some van backed into my car at the McDonald's parking lot and took off. I didn't notice any damage last night, but today I saw a huge gap at the driver side where the bumper meets the fender. Not too bad from 5 feet, but pretty ugly up close....oh well.

Thus you hid it w/creative photography. Show it, maybe someone here can give you an easy fix.

I love that color. Bumpers look great. Sorry about the van but at least the hard part is done.

Another good reason to stay away from the McShitter. Someone almost backed into me there, but I managed to squeek buy, but they nailed the guy in the civic behind me.

At least it's the front, where there is less modification necessary for a new one to fit in.

        Keep it slideways!!

I actually took the pictures yesterday, before it was hit. It's too dark out now to take any decent shots. Anyway, it's not a big deal, at least it looks better than before.

Oh yeah, thanks to Jordan for the write-up. It's really straight-forward like he said but sawing those tow hooks off were a real bitch. EDIT: I'll do the rear after the 5-lug swap...you'll definitely hear from me when I get to it. Thanks man :D.

One more reason to like your car. I really like that color. I will see about writing up the stuff about the rear valance to make it work. Im not sure if RD changed the mounting position from the 3 piece valance to the 1 piece. So it may be easier than Im thinking, If not, It still wont be all that difficult.

Wow fred, that is truly gorgeous. I dont think I've ever seen an E30 that color with plastic bumpers before.

It's good to see you finally joined the dark side...haha, I wondered when you were gonna ditch the boards.

P.S. I finished shadowlining my side window trim today, hooray and death to the dual chrome window surrounds!!!!
