eesh you got a local junkyard? i'd say pick up the transmission and pedal assembly there for cheap and then buy everything else new or used on here and local boards.

someone may be able to chime in more with what you can get from the junkyard for it. :D good luck man.



p.s. why not go 24v since the motor is out already?

Haha, I was going to ask that! And it has chrome bottle caps...I will have me a set one day, as odd as that may sound.

Yea theres quite a few around here in the bay area. On half off days, a 5pd would be 75 and pedal assembly 25$. :D Thanks for the info dude.

I was thinking about it, but this e30 isn't the only project going on at the moment. I'm working on the E28 also. I would want to swap it out with the 24v, but it would be pretty pricy. Maybe sometime later down the road. Besides, I already have the 24v in the E36...;)
