    An update

After the accident I got all the damage repaired professionally and the hood painted and the dents removed. 800 bucks for all of it. I consider that money well spent.

Not only did he paint the hood, the left side fender and door. But to blend he also painted pretty much the entire left side of the car which fixed where my clear coat was fucked up and peeling. As well as the passenger side, covering up some more rock chips from the PO. So I'm happy.

I lamin-x'd the lows, highs, and fogs. I previously had put some euro trim on it and some clear turns which I smoked. Last night I swapped wheels with my dad so he's got the Miglia's and I'm running the ASA's. I also made myself some cup holder's like another member here that fit into the slot in the console next to the e-brake.

    With my dad's Porsche.

    Mmmm new paint.

Dammit, I wish i could've got my e30 professionally painted. Looks great, though. Real yellow high beams or Lamin-x. Liking the 914 too. My brother had a broken one for a while, lol.

I'm running 4 h4s. The highs have a city light bracket thing that fits onto the base of the bulb. Wired to come on with the lows

Lamin-x. 914s rule when you don't mind being enslaved to it.

I like the light output with the lamin-x. Seems easier to see. That and I can call my car the jaundice-mobile. I might get tired of it eventually and I can just take it off. Only cost me 40 bucks, not much of a loss if I decide to go without it in the future.

Yep. 3in. diameter PVC. It was easy as hell to make, took like 15 minutes total and the pvc cost me like 5 bucks precut 5 feet at Home Depot. Spray painted it semi-flat black and put some felt things to put under furniture legs to fill in empty blank space.

Thanks! It's like a go-kart with fucked up transmission.

Where did you get the city light conversion parts? I have the same lights but would like to also run city lights.

Looks great. Have you considered ditching the bumpers and going with some sheet aluminum instead?
