Its pretty well made and fits on the mounting points of the bumpershocks so no drilling is required. Only modification is a cutout on the underside of the bumper for the ball of the hitch to attach. Since its a removable ball, it'll be invisible if not in use.

Electrical was all hooked up before I got the car. I'll snap some pics for you soon - hopefully the wire colours will be helpful.

Then again, I've never used it so I don't know if the wiring is good or not!
