I don't point out something like a dent a bodyshop did, and claim it ruins a car. I point out nasty distasteful mods and shit of that sort. Big fucking difference.

Paintless dent removal will not work on this. The paint was marred from whatever created the dent before the paint was baked. Even if the dent was removed, the fender still needs to be completely repainted.
