How was your paint ruined? did the paint shop screw it up bad or what?

We painted it ourselves.... but the shop was filled with expensive cars I couldnt cover with black overspray. So i did it right outside the door, big deal, wet the pavement... little wind, protected area.
It all went down fine, and the base & 2 clear coats were fine. Like usual some wet sanding was going to be needed.
*Someone* (Shall remain nameless) thought they'd be helpful and add 1 more coat of clear. well they applied it like an idiot and the new paint is all orange peeled now, with some big runs and inconsistency's.
Oh well. I needed some practice wet sanding anyways.
