Hey guys, I think I'm going to enjoy my time here.....
I bought this car about 3-1/2 weeks ago....I think I got really lucky, as it already had many of the things I'd have done to it, or close, anyway.
Here's a shot of it the day I got it, after I cleaned it up some and removed the gold pinstriping tape (why?):

The car's got no tint and the PO had 225/50-16's on the front, with 225/45-16's on the rear, which gave it kind of an odd look. The fronts rubbed a bit at lock, so I made tires the first priority. Here's a shot after, with the tint and new tires, 225/45-16 all the way around:

I say I got lucky bacause of what the car has on it, and it really doesn't need much. The leather on the seats is cracked but not torn, and there are some dings and scratches that have been touched up, but I'm not going to fix them, because I bought it as a driver, not a show car.
The car now has (by previous owner (PO) or me:
16" x7" Alpinas front, 16" x 8" rear - PO
Yokohama ES100 - me
Alpina springs - PO
RD bars - PO
Bilsteins - PO
Eibach stress bar - PO
Dinan exhaust - PO
Dinan chip - PO (supposedly, I haven't cracked open the ECU yet to verify)
K&N filter, no airbox - PO (don't like it, looking for a factory airbox if anyone has one)
Aftermarket head unit - me (the old one made an annoying dog-whistle sound when turned on)
Window tint - me
Other than that, it has the standard 325is stuff - sports seat, ellipsoids, fogs, 3.73 LSD, trunk lip, etc. Overall, it's pretty clean, no rust, the front right fender's been replaced and resprayed, so it was in a fender bender at least once. Other than that, the paint appears to be original.
I like to 'baseline' older cars I get, so it's been a whirlwind of wearable items that have gone into the car in the last three weeks, including timing belt/tensioner, valve cover gasket, oilpan gasket, oil change, alt/PS/AC belts, fan clutch, distr. cap/rotor, plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, air boot, gas cap (old one leaked), coolant hoses, water pump, coolant/brake fluid/gearbox/diff flushes, valve adjustment, and misc seals.
With each part the car got better and better. Great compression, and strong to redline. The warm idle's a little rough - most people say that's normal - what do you guys think?
As of right now, I don't have too many things planned.....all the maintenance stuff set me back on car cash pretty good.....my wife knows I'm insane.
Anyway....here's a few more shots from this afternoon:

Thanks again - Scott :)
