A manual swap and a 3.73 LSD are on the list, but want to get the rear seat re done, its in really bad shape and replace the dash before i get to those

The person i bought it from covered the cost to get it from Puerto Rico to Florida, I flew to Florida and drove it home, while taking many stop on the way. Was a great road trip

Please, please do the manual before the rear seat and dash. You will not regret it (unless you don't know how to drive a manual).

i dont know how to drive a manual, and have had about 5 minutes experience driving one. I enjoy it and my friends that are into cars have manuals and wish i had one, but the price for that is around 2k, or a guess for what i think it will cost.

Take some advice from someone who has been working on an Ambulance all of their life. Its those clear short periods of speeding that get you more likely injured or killed because you become less complacent to your surroundings. I work in Tracy and seen to many teenagers wrecking on the Altamont

Also, Nice Vert and good luck with it. Looking forwards to its progress.

thanks everyone. I am LOVING the bilstein and H&R set up. Car handles wonderfully and able to stick to the road. The Nitto tires help with that process as well. Im planning on doing smoking the head lights and the kidney grills. What are the mhw taillights? I was thinking of painting the amber turn signals red

Try searching the junk yards or even here on th forums, You could do the manual swap for way less than 2k. Even for less than 1k. I thought i saw an ad on here somewhere of someone selling a complete swap for like $350 up in mass. Not too far from you.

wow, i never thought it would only be that much for the swap. How hard is it to install? Doable in a garage with jack stands?

                      Off to a good start...

I like the start...Keep it going. I dont know how far from westchester you are,but feb 14 is the annual EURO MECHANICAL BEACH which is located in Mt vernon. It is a BMWCCA sponsered event. And there is usually a nice turn out....the owner Mike is an ex bmw e30 club racer...
                      regards, Fernando

The seats were 750 and they are new with leather. Back seat is a mess but hopefully getting that all set this week or next. New dash is also needed.

Wat headlights are on my car?
