    1990 Zinno convertible

So over New Years I took a roadtrip to Florida. Work was non-stop and I just had to get away for a bit. Something nice, warm, sunny and of course the beach was the target so it was a no brainer to me as my reasonable trip destination of choice is Clearwater/Tampa Bay area, as I lived there a year and a half when I went to tech school. 3 nights of no plans nor sense of time, it was great. Here are some pictures of the car.

For those that are quite bored and want to read about the whole trip and see many more pictures:

Thanks! I see you are in Chattanooga....

I bought the car in Nashville and met up with a friend/spent a night in Chattanooga, it is really nice there, only about 3-3.5hrs away, I want to make another weekend trip out of going there again, actually I'd like to go back several times and check out downtown a bit more as well as the mountains and river. Maybe we could plan a meet or something.

Heh, that trip (and alot more pics) was documented as well.... shes made alot of progress since then!

There are a lot of e30s in the Chattanooga area. Usually not hard to get a few for a mountain cruise. Lots of good twisties in the area.

As far as I know they are completely orginal for US-spec cars.... maybe someone could tell me otherwise? They say Bosch Halogen on the lens, inside them it says made in Sweden, built pretty tuff.

They definitly appear to be all factory. Just yesterday the right side fog light went out, so I replaced both lights. The bulbs were original from Germany, they are H3's but actually 100watts, all the new H3's are 55watts. I went to the store and got some Hellas, the things were $45 for the pair, supposed to be a much brighter and better light... I put them in and I think they actually produce less light when the old bulbs, I figured it would be the best they had... ah well atleast they are made in Germany :) Lesson learned, they are already in and I am not going to bother replacing them now.
