I know. Like I said, I did primer them and the whole shebang.. it's a combination of it being 30* outside when I painted them along with some really strange paint.... The paint is transparent, so if there wasn't primer behind it, it was more or less invisible. I did paint the inside of the spokes, but it just didn't show up. It sounds like BS, I know, but w/e.
