What is that small dial/switch on the bottom left of the dash, under the headlight switch?

when you turn the key what happens? does it crank? are you getting fuel? spark? is your battery plugged in? lol im sure it is but its not in the picture

Nothing happens, the engine cranks but there is no power on fuel pump and no sparks...of course the battery was plugged in;)

Make sure you have the engine ground connected...

The previous owner crashed the driver side...I will buy new headlights..maybe with xenon kit 4300k...

With that switch you can move electronicly your headlights up and down;)

I have it in my touring as well.

I believe its for if you have a heavy load, or are towing something. This could cause your rear to sink a little and point your headlights too high. This adjusts your headlights so you're not blinding oncoming motorists.

Though, I think its powered by vacuum lines, not anything electrical really.

^^ I could be wrong about this all, I haven't really played with it too much. I know only one of them works on my car haha.

Your ECU needs to be grounded or you wont get spark or fuel

the 328 is a fun swap. that locked up 410 diff might be a bit excessive, but it looks like you're running the getrag.
