What sideskirts are those as they don't look like the Mtech-1 skirts?

Delphi has Kamei units, cabrio specific.

Zinno has BBS, don't remember if cabrio's or not, notice knotch to aloud lower ding trim, cut's where there when i found them, in any case, they also bolted right on.

Just received my MT1 units, looked for them for years, paint job will come soon enough...
I'll compare them to Coupe, sedan units and try to take pics of them side by side as there's deffently a difference between them.
just for kicks, look at last silver cabrio and notice how deep in this skirts fit...

          Thanks for the info.

The Mtech-1 coupe skirts do not fit the cabrio and IIRC they are too short, we have specific ones.

I have a set of new Mtech-1 skirts on order and just waiting for a driver side skirt to arrive before the box of goodies ships.

BTW I'll get you some pictures of the bumper pieces once it stops raining here.

you're welcome, and thanks for the pics upcoming pics.

out of frustration i ripped off rubber trim from whole euro rear bumper (lol) as i could not get this non mt1 corners on, do have a dremitall for them once you send me the pics. ;)

A few months ago received a set on non cabrio ones, will compare it to those.

love your rim caps, I'll pm you about some custom metal parts i'll need.
            thanks again,
            Frank

I did the "Christian repair" and am quite pleased. I did it following Quincy's lead and he kindly incorporated some of my images and thoughts in his excellent write-up on His Page.

The cost was small relative to the degree of the problem and I did the job in not much more than half a day.

Another writeup on the same repair that includes another take on the alignment issue is Here and Christian's link (auf Deutsch) is Here.

I am sure the Christian repair does work but this is much easier and way less time consuming: http://cgi.ebay.de/BMW-E30-Cabrio-Re...item3eff936353

Worked great when I had it on there, ended up running into a coupel of good motors at the junk yard so I am using them until they break and then I will put this back on.
