Calling all vert.....post those topless pics....come one and all
JT, awesome looking 'vert! I've seen a few sets of those wheels around here (this is LA, what do you expect?!?!), but never on an E30. You make it look like the German Gods wanted that way. I also agree that they look much larger then 15's, Well done!
not to be racist but i've had multiple african americans comment on how they love my car. I've seen pics of e30's rolling through africa with at least 15-20 africans on them with ak-47's. WILD. its in the african blood. Hope this wasn't too racist, forgive me as I am intoxicated.
Ok, this isn't totally going with the thread but since all the vert owners are here I'll ask anyway.
My new vert, ya, got another one (I'll post pics later today) is a '92 and has the power top. It goes up and down as it should, but it's off a little on the passenger side. When I go to put it down the driver's side goes in the boot all the way but the passenger side is still sticking up a couple inches when the boot lid goes down. This causes it to close on the driver's side but stick up a couple inches on the passenger side.
Since my other vert is manual top I'm not familiar with the workings on the power one. I'm guessing there is just something that needs adjusted to get the 2 sides in sync? Anyone have any experience with them?
Thanks and I promise to post up some pics of it later today to stay with the thread.

Does the cloth fold correctly on that side? Sounds like a tension strap issue.. make sure the top folds correctly and that the fore most piece of cloth is pushed back. I can take a vid or pic if that would make it easier.

Vid could help. Pretty sure I'm folding it correctly. I do have to stop it part way and fold part in but I do that on my manual top also so I 'm used to that.
Thanks
