Drive to the north!(56k no way)

This past weekend, our local car club took a drive up north. It was great to get out and stretch the e30's legs as I haven't taken a spirited drive in a while.

We had a great time and everything went very well. No pull overs, no tickets, no accidents, no breakdowns, good eats, good people. All in all a perfect day for a drive.

Pictures are as follows(unfortunately none of these were taken by me so I can't take any credit)

    Pre-drive meet up

    Stop for lunch:

Quick stop for some group photos:

    We even hit snow!

Yep. Wish I could have gone.

Needs a little bit more Z.

Edit: You must have waxed recently, paint looks amazing.

Looked like a pretty cool gathering. That roundie was very good looking, as was the white E36 M3.

Actually haven't waxed it in about a month. It is nearing time for a full detail though...I'm talking six hours worth.

and more Z just for you.

The body kit on the 02 just isnt doing it for me. Beautiful scenery though...

Do you know which kit it is? Because it's badged as a Tii.

agreed. something about that 02 makes it ugly.

                      better wheels would help.

Nice pics. That roundie is certainly unique... it looks to be very well-kept, but the multitude of extra lights and indicators isn't doing it for me.

Yeah, after looking at it more, the kit '02 doesn't look at all period-correct (it almost looks like some sort of replica kit.) Your E30 is looking very good though, those wheels remind me of the factory Accessories wheels that they used to have with gold, black or white centers.
