    Your gonna want to live on the VA side Yan. Avoid MD and commute with the train. 3 years of living with nightmare of DC traffic was enough.

    Used to take the Ex 40 minutes on average to commute from Bolling to Belvoir they were 20 miles apart.

    waste of 30? more like $60 with the conversion, I drove all around without a single sticker, i was told every time that "if i were to get pulled over in those countries that require the decal, i would get fined.... got off lucky i guess

    except for California. Get this man, the day I picked the car up from the port with all the paperwork and stuff, 2 CHP pulled me over coming from Oakland to Monterey for having those plates not knowing anything about them and being complete jerks about it, threatening to impound the car and all.

    saw a mini cooper here in town the with USA/euro tags... even had the swiss highway usage sticker.... i always wanted one of those on my car in america. a good waste of 30 something $ though if you aren't actually using it.
