There are plenty worse than the monsoons.

funny, i dont know if you bought it from jdaigner (maybe misspelled), but he used to own that car. those strut braces you see on the car were originally purchased by me back in 2004 (no joke). they are one of the first john mason/zen/whatever strut bars ever made. i had them on my first e30, a 325e. i went to put them on my 2nd e30, a 318is, and the front towers were too close together for them to fit, so i sold them here on r3v to jdaigner in fall 2007. thinking back i probably shouldve just kept them, but i thought i was going to have the m42 forever.

so, small world, eh? it is pretty strange to see how those bars have made it from oklahoma to portland, back to oklahoma, again to portland, back to oklahoma, then shipped to portland (to myself after selling the eta in oklahoma), then sold in portland, put on that car, which i assume was then driven to CA, which you now own.

Jdaigner, is his name Jordan? A Jordan (not Sarete) used to own the car. That car was actually a California car, then to Oregon, driven to Illinois, before it returned to its home in CA.

On top of that, Luke (stereoinstaller) installed the speakers and alarm on it. And the PO bought the remembers from Tim (Vacman). So its been around, lol.

Funny thing is, the more I read your thread, the more I think of the car as PANTIES on a cheap hooker! cant keep them on long enough., but I bet you'll keep her for a while I hope?

if i remember right, when jdaigner was selling it at least, it had some electrical problems and some water leak somewhere.

Is that referring to me getting rid of cars so quickly? If so, this one will stay around for a while. I learned my lesson this time. This one will be staying around for a while, I hope. Otherwise, explain yourself.

It had hard start problems the guy said. He replaced the IACV, fuel pressure regulator, and MAFM. He had the reciepts to show even, so I was sort of impressed or satisfied with that. It seems to run fine now. I just gotta get a few things tuned up here and there.

The more I look at it, the more I keep remembering I forgot to mention. It has the IE (I think, theyre bright green) larger sways and sport seats on it.

probably the suspension techniques swaybars. they are bright green. the IE ones are blue.
