Got a new DD!

So I got a new DD car from napabavarian today. Its a beater 325e automatic, but its something to drive around in till i get some $ and can aford a 325i/is. I am going to start some work on it tomorrow. I have no big plans for it seeing as I want to keep it when I get my next car so I can beat the shit out of one and have a garage queen for track days and the weekends. I think I am going to sand down all the small rust spots and do a light sanding on the rest of the car and have some of my art friends go crazy on it . Any good ideas for paint? Ill get some pictures up tomorrow.

i just want to make this a solid DD car. i think the first thing im going to do is replace the ignition system with something better. im thinking a Pertronix egnition system. im trying to figure the stereo wiring out but it is kind of a bitch. i think i need to rewire everything to get my alpine head unit to work. any good tips on basik parts i should look into replacing to make it more reliable?
so far the front window needs replacing, the window wipers do not work, and the brakes are mushy as hell.

get some lowering springs
shadow line
rusty hood
tuck and strip the bumpers
rims (maybe even some stealies)
and then a few other things here and there.

na on second thought im not. just spent a while working on it and it is not worth spending any money on what so ever! its a POS! im just going to do what needs doing for it to pas smog and then put in a cd player and call it good. then im going to drive the shit out of it.

so i think some of this shit is going to make some of you cry and maybe want to rip my head off but i think its funny as fuck! i did some mods on my car today some of which i like better then others. its an auto car so do not cry to hard! lol! here goes!

mod 1 bumper tuck (ran it into a tree a few times!)



mod 2 all red tails


this is where it gets good!
mod 3 MR2 wing (this is how they do it in da hood)!!!!!!!!!
drill whole in trunk

make whole big enough for nut in bottom of trunk using pickle fork and hammer.


insert wing

make room for nuts again with pickle fork and hammer



and last but not least cut off the other bolts.

and its done!



good shit ha? this is going to be the best dd ever! just wait!
